The Compact has recently been active in its drive to develop collaborative approaches to address workforce development issues of common interest.

Following the 'Working Together' Event on March 6th 2009 the Compact has established three working groups. The Steering Group, the Recruitment and Training Theme Group and the Procurement Group.
